About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Church Worker with specific responsibility to oversee and develop our existing children's groups (4 - 11's). You will work with the Senior Leader, Early Years Leader and Youth Worker. The role is an essential part of our Vision - Growing Deeper, Closer, Further.

The key areas of responsibility are to:

• Enable children to meet Jesus and reach their God-given potential
• Oversee and develop the teams and groups
• Engage with children and their families in Elmwood and the local community
• Wider role within church depending on gifting.

We are looking for someone who is Jesus centred and servant hearted, able to empower and encourage others, and communicate effectively with children.
